If your remote comes on ok and says "NO RESPONSE" on the screen, the problem is likely in the M1 Multi-room Interface as shown below. The back light is not repairable. Please call for any other symptoms, if you believe your P1 remote is having problems. M1 Multi-room Interface The most common symptom of the M1 multi-room interface is a "NO RESPONSE" indication on the P1 touch screen remote. This problem is repairable as well as most other issues that may occur with the M1.  We may request that your P1 and M1 be sent in for testing together. It is possible that both units may have problems. Flat rate overhaul of the M1 is $299.95. Please call with any questions! 719-550-5810
