The staff and quality of work at Norbern are superb. The initial consult over the phone was detailed and thorough. I was promptly kept informed about receipt of my system and updated throughout the diagnostic and repair processes. Once returned, my Bose Lifestyle 12 Series II system works and sounds like the day it came out of the box nearly 20 years ago. I am blown away (again) by the sound and am truly grateful for their exceptional work and superb professionalism.
I received my repaired Bose on the 11th as promised. The sound quality and appearance is excellent. It's just like having a new Bose again. Thank you for your repair efforts and turnaround time at a very reasonable cost.
I just had to tell you how satisfied I am with your service in repairing my Bose Lifestyle Sound System. The only solution that Bose offered was purchasing an entire new system at a significant cost as well as having to accept black components instead of the white ones already in place in my home. Thanks for the great communication. I like the way Norbern does business. Of course, I'm hoping that this module will hold for another 10 years but if it doesn't, I'm hoping that Norbern will still be around.
I have my BOSE system hooked up and all is now working. All Bose Corp. wanted to do was sell me a whole new system and I would have to junk my built in system and leave a hole in the wall.

I just got the bose lastnight (19th), and I must say it doesn't even look like the same radio much less sound totally great. I bought this one in 1999 and after it went bad I couldn't get myself to throw it out. You guys do great work and thanks a million. Yeah Nome is a bit out of the way from UPS normal routes. It's not the polar cap but if you stand on the roof you can see it. One nice thing is we have 24 hr sunshine this time of year. Cheers to all of your staff, Jim J.
